Well after months and months of waiting I finally had my first Health Kinesiology Stage 1 training. Stage 1 training takes place over four days and thankfully ours is over two weekends. We are having our training at my UK kinesiologist's clinic and it's a lovely place to spend the weekend.
Well I think the word to describe the weekend is fantastic! Wow! I think we all must have said amazing about 10 times each day. We packed in so much stuff in the first two days I have spent the last four days digesting all the new information. Surprisingly it seems to just sink in, far easier then the complex world of engineering. I was surprised as it is so different to engineering and involves learning a whole new language of terms and names. Occasionally on ER the mention a body part and I know what it is! Oh the advantages :-)
Anyway, one more weekend to go and then I can start practicing what I have learnt so far on willing volunteers.
